At Wick of Hope, we want your very first experience with us to feel completely risk-free. That’s why our Hope Promise gives first-time customers peace of mind: if your first candle isn’t the experience you were hoping for, we’ll send you a replacement — no questions asked.
Exclusions & Limitations
Available on first-time orders only.
Limit of one replacement candle per customer.
Replacement will be for another candle of equal or lesser value.
Seasonal, limited-edition, and promotional candles (including free or heavily discounted items) are not eligible.
Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds and returns are not included in the Hope Promise.
Our Commitment
Each candle is hand-poured with coconut soy wax and FSC-certified wooden wicks. Because they’re made naturally, small variations (like frosting or finish differences) may occur — these do not affect performance or safety.
If you qualify, our team will happily send you a replacement candle so you can find the scent that truly feels like home. Additional exclusions may apply at the discretion of Wick of Hope Inc.
