A standard 50% margin. In Canada that is $42 suggested retail against $21 wholesale. In the US, $30 against $15. Pricing improves as your volume grows, and we will walk you through that on the call.
We run seasonal promotions on our own site, the same as most brands do. You are free to do the same. Run your own sales, bundles, or holiday pricing at whatever works for your shop. The only thing we ask is that it stays off Amazon, Wayfair, and other third-party marketplaces, which is where pricing gets wrecked for everyone.
Most shops start with a case of 24, which is $504 CAD or $360 USD, and covers our four bestselling scents. There is no formal minimum, but a shelf with four scents outsells a shelf with one.
If your shop is in Canada, either works, and they suit different shops. Faire is instant, comes with Net 60 terms, and if you are new to it, 50% off your first order plus a year of free shipping. Direct means one contact who knows your shop and may be able to do better on pricing for bulk orders, but payment is due when you order, since net terms are only available through Faire. If your shop is in the US, order direct through your account manager (the next question covers it).
