The Hope Promise is designed for first-time customers to try Wick of Hope risk-free. It applies to your very first order. Once you've found your favorites, we think you'll be back - and our regular return policy has you covered from there.
Nope! We don't ask you to ship anything back. Just head to our return portal within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know what didn't work for you.
That's completely valid - scent is deeply personal. If the fragrance isn't for you, we'll help scent-match a replacement based on what you do enjoy. Think of us as your personal candle concierge.
Yes! If a bundle was your first purchase, the Hope Promise covers one candle from that bundle. If you're unhappy with a specific scent, we'll replace that one or issue credit for it.
Once you've reached out, we typically process replacements within 1-2 business days. Your new candle ships with standard delivery, so you'll have it within the usual timeframe.
Damaged orders are handled separately from the Hope Promise - but we absolutely take care of them. Submit a claim through our return portal with a photo and we'll send a replacement right away, no questions asked.
