Wick of Hope Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions (Last updated: June 28, 2025)
By joining the Wick of Hope Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before applying. You must be 18 years or older to participate. We welcome creators, influencers, bloggers, and brands aligned with our values, including clean living, wellness, ethical shopping, and sustainability. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
Affiliates earn 20% commission on each referred sale, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts. Commissions are tracked via your unique referral link. Orders must be completed and not returned or canceled to be eligible for commission.
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. A valid PayPal account is required to receive payments. A minimum payout threshold of $20 CAD applies. If a customer returns their order, the related commission will be deducted from your next payout.
You may promote Wick of Hope on your website, blog, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms. Coupon and deal sites are not permitted without prior approval. Affiliates may not run ads targeting branded keywords such as “Wick of Hope” or misrepresent the brand. All content must be honest, respectful, and aligned with our mission and values.
Do not falsely claim to be an employee or representative of Wick of Hope. Do not alter our logos, product photos, or messaging without written permission. We reserve the right to revoke affiliate status for behavior that harms the brand or violates these terms.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Violating any of the terms above may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
By participating in the Wick of Hope Affiliate Program, you grant us the right to reuse, repost, and share any content you create that features our products or promotes our brand. This includes use in our marketing materials, social media, website, emails, and ads, with appropriate credit where possible. If you prefer not to have your content reused in this way, please contact us at hello@wickofhope.com.
Wick of Hope may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
